Summary: In a great location close to 2 stations and near the shops in Akihabara. Room was clean and had a fridge with water restocked everyday. Only downside was that cleaning was only offered every 4th day and you have to put out your own bins and towels into the corridor every night to be changed

Summary: Was my first time to Japan . I love this hotel the location. Close to train station. View the river when open the curtains. Didn't hear noise from the busy area . The bed was comfy .Very relaxing. Bedroom size was small. But was acceptable. I think almost hotel room is small at Tokyo. Very clean. I had clean towels and 2 bottles of water everyday. Staffs friendly and helpful. Can speak English. Have Italy restaurant in the hotel. But I haven't try it. I was like to going out for Japanese food. Many restaurants and shops close to go .I had used the smoking area only. I suggest the TV need to update . No YouTube and Netflix. Cos I don't Japanese language. I couldn't understand any Japanese TV programs. I like this hotel. Will stay again if I visit Akibahara.

Summary: Nice and Close from Akihabara main market. If you are Muslim traveller, there is a masjid only 100m away in a building on level 5. Few Halal food as well. Room is good for one person but for two is a bit small. No Halal breakfast at Hotel, Hibiya subway station is very close.

Summary: Great location, just make sure you go to the correct hotel. There is another from the same chain on the corner as you cross the foot bridge. Cute little robot in the lobby.

Summary: We had two separate reservations at this property. The room we got for the first reservation was not cleaned properly. We found someone else's pubic hair on top of the bidet control, as well as hairs in the bathtub. Also, there was so much dust on the countertops; it didn't seem like they wiped them down. The room we got on our second reservation was a little more cleaner. The hotel is in a good area, very quiet, close to the stations. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was really good.
